Admission And Evaluation



  1. Admissions for session 2023-24 are in progress for Classes Nursery to IX & XI.

  2. ANAND MEMORIAL ACADEMY is an English medium Co-educational Senior Secondary School (10+2) level that follows CBSE curriculum. Teacher – Student ratio of 1:5 ensures individual attention to the pupils and caters to their different learning styles guided by highly qualified and trained teachers.

  3. The schools admit boys and girls between the age of 3+ to 16, irrespective of the caste, creed or socio-economic status of their parents.

  4. Admission up to class KG is based on child's performance in the interview whereas for class I to IX and XI admission would be done through entrance test.

  5. The name of the student, date of birth, father's name, and mother’s name will not be changed once filled in the form.

  6. Guardians of the candidates selected for admission are required to present a photocopy of the report card of the previous class and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended at the time of admission within 30 days which will be considered provisional, thereafter, the admission will be treated as 'Cancelled'. Those coming from other districts should have their T. C. countersigned by a competent Educational Authority of the place. Birth certificate in original from Nagar Mahapalika / Maternity Hospital would be required for the admission in pre-primary classes.


School Diary



  • School diary is a link between the school and parent. Parents are requested to sign the diary of their ward regularly to get updated about remarks & information concerning the child.


Attendance



  • Parents are requested to ensure that their wards attend the school regularly. In case of any absence, parents should submit an application to the Principal.

  • Long leaves will not be allowed to the students during teaching days except on medical grounds, 80% attendance is compulsory to appear in the terminal examination as per the CBSE norms.


Withdrawals



  • One clear calendar months’ notice in writing, or a month’s fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil is withdrawn from the School.

  • Transfer certificate shall not be issued until all dues of the school are clear.

  • Students can be restricted from the school on grounds of indiscipline and bad conduct.


Mode of Payment of Fees



  • As per order of CBSE vide letter No. CBSE/SECY/SPS/2016 dated 10 December, 2016 in order to promote Cashless Transaction, the fee will be accepted only by Cheque /Demand Draft /Online mode payable to 'Anand Memorial Academy'

  • Under no circumstances, cash will be accepted. Fee will be paid quarterly. Fee must be paid positively by last day of the month of April, July, October and January. Failing this, the same will be accepted with a late fee of ₹ 2/- per day upto the last day of the next month (i.e. May, August, November and February) through Cheque/Demand Draft in the school office with fee bill.

  • If you fail to deposit the fee of your ward upto the last day of the next month (i.e. May, August, November and February) the name of your ward will be automatically struck-off from the roll without any prior notice or information. Failing this, the child will not be allowed to attend classes from the 1st day of the 3rd month of the quarter (i.e. June, September, December and March.)

  • To re-admit the child, you will have to pay ₹ 1000/- as re-admission charge with all dues.

  • If the cheque bounces due to any reason, the fee will be deposited in cash in the school office along with cheque bouncing charge @ ₹ 1000/- and admissible late payment.

  • All dues must be cleared before the commencement of the Term/ Examination. Failing to this, the child will not be allowed to appear in the Term Examination.

  • No fine to be waived off under any circumstances by the Principal.

  • Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.


Rules for Discipline



  • Every student must carry his/her diary and identity card to school each day.

  • All students should come to the school regularly and punctually.

  • No child will be allowed to leave the school premises once he/she has come to school. In case any student requires to leave the school premises during the school hours, the parents are requested to submit an application to the principal.

  • In case of an emergency, parents will be informed and they will have to report to the principal.

  • Application for leave should be entered in the diary itself.

  • Students should come to the school in prescribed neat and well ironed uniform.

  • They will bring the books to the school according to the time table of the day.

  • The student should do the home work given in each subject regularly. Guardians are requested to sign the diary daily after checking it.

  • No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on walls. Recovery for any damage will be made from the student concerned.

  • Students should bring only Text Books or Library books. (No other reading material)

  • Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is prohibited.

  • Distribution of birthday gifts in any from except toffees, chocolates is not allowed.

  • The school provides all the necessary material/equipments for sport activity during the games period. Students are not allowed to bring their own balls, bats, etc to school.

  • They will actively participate in all games, sports, athletics, cultural and literary activities.

  • The school reserves the right to suspend a student if his/her conduct is found to be unsatisfactory.

    3. Rude behavior and use of abusive language.

    4. Violation of school’s rule and regulation in any form.

  • Students are not allowed to come by any self driven vehicle other than bicycle. If they are found violating this rule, strict action will be taken by the school in the form of penalty of Rs. 500/-.
